Introduction

Having supported the Trans-Gendered (TG) community for more than twelve years I feel very strongly about providing a path for TG's to feel confident while being dressed as a woman in public places. For the new TG just starting out or the seasoned TG I have developed programs that go beyond the commonplace and address such ideas as the art of makeup application, clothing coordination, how to present oneself as a woman, to feel like a woman and developing your self-confidence.

By embracing these programs you will develop a healthy feeling of the feminine self plus raise both your self-esteem and self-worth.

Makeup Lessons

This consists of 3 separate sessions covering different areas of applying makeup. You will be doing a lot of the work yourself while I assist and explain so you can remember the steps later.

These sessions usually last about 1 ^1/2 hours but can be longer in order to answer extended questions and make sure you understand well enough to do it on your own and feel confident.

The fee is $110 per session or $300 for all three. Any makeup used for the sessions is included. You may buy additional makeup from me at a discounted price or buy it on your own.

Makeup Lesson Details

How to Dress Convincingly Like a Woman

In this session you will receive instruction on how to dress like a woman and help you to create your personal feminine image. We will explore what works for you and what doesn't. In essence, what is best for your body type and personality.

A critique of your existing clothing with recommendations will be given. In addition you will be provided with different styles of clothing to try on as well as reviewing the best types of bras and nylons for your body type and skin coloring.

Lastly, you will try on wigs to identify what types of cuts accentuate the positive features of your face and explore what kinds of jewelry show you off the best.

These sessions last about 1 ^1/2 hours. You are expected to bring with you any feminine clothing, under garments, wigs and/or jewelry etc. you currently have and I have a dressing area for you to change in . I will also provide things for you to try on. The fee is $110.

If you would like a follow-up session in clothes in order to evaluate what you have added to your wardrobe or go over an area in more detail the cost is $100.

We can arrange to go shopping as an additional session. I will accompany you to TG friendly places and give you feedback. Cost per hour is $85.

Presenting Yourself as a Woman

Learn how a woman acts. We review your physical strong points and weak points. Then, we examine how to highlite the strong points and improve the weak points. We look over your comportment and cast a critical eye on matters like sitting, walking, standing, smiling, facial presentation and things not to do.

Basically all the ways a woman acts.

A session cost $120 and lasts for about 1 ^1/2 hours.

You must be dressed as a woman, preferably with makeup on, for this session. You can change here and order a makeover to be done before we start. It is important to see yourself as a woman when doing this session. If you would like a second session on this topic the cost will be $100. These sessions usually work better if you have had one or two previous sessions with me on some other topic above so we know each other better and have established good communications. However, this is not mandatory.

Feeling Like a Woman

Learn the emotional aspects of being a woman. What you feel about yourself is as important as the clothes you wear and the makeup you have on. In this area we try to make you feel like a woman and have confidence in how you look. We will address your fears, doubts and start the process of putting them to rest. This is a very personal session and you should be comfortable about being honest with yourself to make it work.

You will be given topics to work on in order to gain confidence both in the session and while working on your own. You will be given feedback about how you are progressing and the improvements you have made.

A session costs $120 and last for about 1 ^1/2 hours. Additional sessions on this topic are $100/hour. A lot can be covered in one or two sessions, but depending on the individual, more sessions may be desirable. As a prerequisite, you must have at least one Makeup Lesson or Clothing Coordination session and the Presenting Yourself as a Woman session with me so I have had an opportunity to get to know you. Otherwise, we will not get very far in the first Feeling Like a Woman session and you may be disappointed.

Self-Confidence

This is putting it altogether. I will help build your self-confidence until you really feel great about how you look and feel. When you have developed confidence in yourself and feel ready to go out into the world I will be there to accompany you. Though going out into public can be very daunting I will be there to help in the transition.

In the first session I will evaluate your current level of self-confidence and draw up a plan of action. Then, we will take a simple first step such as going out to lunch or dinner together.

Usually the action plan will address any doubts you still have or areas that need to be strengthened and will include going to some comfortable places like a Chicago Gender Society meeting and have a debriefing. Then, we will go to a mall for some walking and maybe shopping. Don't worry you won't be going it alone yet, but I also won't always be walking beside you as a crutch. Sometimes I will be walking behind you and seeing the reactions of people who observe you so we can discuss it later. This, if anything, will let you know that you are really okay if not great.

The first session is $140 for about 1 ^1/2 hours to form a plan of action. Any lunch or dinner which includes me is at your cost. You must have had the Feeling Like a Woman session plus two other sessions of your choice so we have established a good working arrangement (a Makeup Lesson counts for only one). Subsequent sessions are $100 for about 1 ^1/2 hours and they usually address specific issues such as confidence building or overcoming specific fears. Special trips like going to the mall, shopping or going to public places are $85/hour with you picking up any expenses.

Makeup Lesson Details

Have you ever wondered how those “FEMME FATALES” look so gorgeous and so well put together?   You ask, “What does she know that I don't?” Perhaps the answer lies in makeup application instruction!

During the lesson we identify your face shape, skin tone and the correct color selection.  Coming to understand your unique facial identity and then choosing the correct color palette in order to wear ANY COLOR that you choose. This is a powerful tool.

Some people look better in a the blue, pink, yellow or brown palette; while others look their best in a deep red, black and white palette. You will learn what palette works best for you.

Questions you should ask yourself are:
•  What color eye shadow is most flattering for me?
•  Where do I put blush and how much to use?
•  What can I do about those dark circles under my eyes?
•  What sort of colors flatter my eye shape, and do I use pink, white or some other color under my brow bone?

The first lesson will allow you to answer all of the above questions while using products that make your skin look so soft and pretty that it practically begs to be touched.

The second lesson concentrates on highlights and contours using the perfect colors for your skin tone, to allow your best facial features to stand out while at the same time minimizing your not-so-perfect facial features.   You will also learn to use the products and use the appropriate brushes with ease as well as how to take care of your “tools” to make them last a lifetime. This lesson spends more time concentrating on the proper makeup to use for daytime and evening plus instructing you on the proper way to prepare for a picture “pose” to capture that great shot showing you at your best.

In the third and last lesson. We concentrate on choosing colors and applications to create a very sensuous and flirty look, how you may achieve a sweet and luscious look and helping you decide how you want to present yourself.
